Perhaps the greatest amenity at French Broad Crossing is its namesake river. A short drive or hike down a private street from each homesite, the French Broad River runs along the entire length of the community, its waters ranging from calm pools that invite a wade to Class 3 rapids ready for kayaking or whitewater rafting.
