Homesites at French Broad Crossing range from 1 to 5 acres, each with natural features such as lush mountain views; easy, natural building sites; and acres of rich forest surroundings. Many sites offer inspiring views of the French Broad River, and most are within earshot of the soothing sounds of the water rushing through the valley.

The 40 homesites of Phase I, also known as Trailside, are located at the heart of the property, just north of the Elbow Hollow Rapid. (Click here for the sitemap.) These homesites have easy access to an extensive trail system and the centerpiece of the entire community: the elegant River Lodge. Prices range from the low $100s to $500K.

Phase II, The Bluffs, is currently being offered. This section of the community is situated along a bend in the French Broad River. The homesites offer a spectacular mix of long-range mountain and river views and secluded wooded sites, and most are within earshot of the soothing sounds of the rapids. Prices begin in the mid-$100s.
