Each detail of French Broad Crossing has been meticulously planned to have minimal impact on the environment. This low-density community has an average of one residence per six acres, with each homesite blended within the natural terrain. Care has been taken to preserve much of the native flora and the natural slopes that give this land its character.

Just like The Preserve Communities’ other properties, hundreds of acres surrounding French Broad Crossing are managed by the Southeast Regional Land Conservancy. This ensures the views you enjoy and the legends you create are preserved not only for generations to come, but for eternity.
