A commitment to conservation and our environment.

Each detail of French Broad Crossing has been meticulously planned to ensure environmental conservation. This private gated community has an average of one mountain home per six acres and is protected by a conservation easement, with each mountain homesite blended in within the natural terrain. Care has been taken to preserve much of the native Western North Carolina flora and the natural slopes that give this land its character.

Just like The Preserve Communities’ other mountain properties, hundreds of acres surrounding French Broad Crossing are managed by the Southeast Regional Land Conservancy and are sheltered by protective covenants. This ensures the views you enjoy and the legends you create are preserved not only for generations to come, but for eternity.
